1. Scope
GambleGang is a social platform for predictions and informal bets with friends. No real money gambling takes place. GambleGang is operated by PixelGang (www.pixelgang.ch).
2. No Real Money Gambling
All points, chips, or virtual currencies within the app have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
GambleGang is an entertainment product. Prizes and anti-prizes (punishments) are informally agreed upon between friends and are not part of the service.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscription Tiers:
- Rookie (Free): Join existing leagues. No league creation.
- Stammtisch (3 CHF/mo): Own 1 league, max 10 players.
- Office (6 CHF/mo): Own 5 leagues, max 40 players.
- Arena (12 CHF/mo): Own 10 leagues, max 100 players.
Billing Terms:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew.
- Payments are processed securely via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (depending on your device).
- Local taxes are applied automatically by the providers to match your country-specific conditions.
- Cancellation can be done anytime through the subscription management portal (within your account settings).
- No prorated refunds for the current billing period.
4. League Freezing
If you cancel or downgrade your subscription, some of your leagues may be frozen:
- Frozen leagues become inaccessible to all members.
- You can choose which leagues remain active (up to your limit).
- Upgrading will automatically unfreeze leagues.
- League data is preserved during the freeze.
5. User Conduct
Users are responsible for their own content (chat & bets). The following is not permitted:
- Offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content
- Illegal activities or promotion of illegal gambling
- Spam or commercial advertising
- Manipulation of results or fraudulent behavior
Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
6. Service Availability
We do not guarantee a fixed availability of the service. The service is provided on a "best effort" basis.
- Updates and changes could lead to downtime.
- A subscriber has no right to have a specific availability of the service.
- Bugs can also happen and are fixed as soon as possible by the developer team; however, there is no guaranteed time to fix.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". We assume no liability for:
- The accuracy of AI-generated sports results
- Disputes between users about bets or prizes
- Data loss due to technical issues
- Third-party services (Google, Stripe, RevenueCat)
